Set Design, Creative Production & Social Strategy for a Month-Long Experience

A local venue was seeking a fresh, nontraditional way to celebrate Valentine’s season — something immersive, emotionally resonant, and visually captivating that could unfold over the entire month of February.
Creative Solution
I helped concept, design, and source the full visual environment for Love & Lust, a two-part experiential event exploring themes of romance and desire. Working closely with the production team, I developed an atmospheric set filled with layered textures, lighting, and symbolism that evoked two distinct moods — sweet intimacy and bold sensuality. I also led photography direction and built out a month-long social media strategy that reflected the layered tone of the experience and encouraged attendees to engage with the story online.
Impact
The event became a local standout — drawing strong attendance, sparking online conversation, and reinforcing the venue’s role as a space for artful, conversation-starting experiences. The campaign set a precedent for how immersive aesthetics and intentional storytelling can elevate even seasonal events into something lasting.
